🎉 Community, Cake, and Civic Action: District 25 Candidate, Courtney King, and Justice of the Peace District 5 Candidate, Stephanie Shufelt, Host November Birthday Fundraiser & Food Drive
Springdale, AR — On Wednesday, November 15, from 7:00–9:00PM, Black Apple Hard Cider will host a vibrant evening of celebration and service as Courtney King, candidate for Arkansas House of Representatives for District 25, joins fellow November-born candidate for Justice of the Peace District 5, Stephanie Shufelt for a Birthday Fundraiser & Food Drive. The event invites supporters to gather in honor of their shared birthdays while contributing to the St. James Food Pantry through donations of canned and dry goods.
“This isn’t just a party—it’s a chance to show what grassroots leadership looks like,” said King. “We’re building a campaign rooted in joy, generosity, and community pride. Every can of green beans, every box of stuffing, every conversation over cider helps us grow stronger together.”
Guests are encouraged to bring items such as:
• canned green beans
• cream of chicken soup
• ranch dressing
• mac and cheese dry sauce
• boxed stuffing
• boxed mashed potatoes
• instant gravy packets
• instant brown rice
In addition to food donations, attendees can support King’s campaign for District 25 and Shufelt through direct contributions and by connecting with volunteers and community leaders. The evening will feature birthday cake, hard cider, and heartfelt conversations about the future of Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley.
